black sticky rice porridge
Recently, we went to a Malaysian Chinese restaurant. They have my favourite dessert: black sticky rice porridge. Later on, I bought a bag of black rice in the nearby Chinese supermarket. Today, I decided to cook some to try it out. I looked online to find a recipe to follow. The proportion is 5 cups of water to 1 cup of black rice, then add whatever amount of sugar you want for sweetness.
