busy Tuesday
I spent most of the day at the Cathedral restoring an altar cloth. It is all handsewing the whole piece onto an interfacing which is very stiff. The direction of stitching on the 2 sides has to be from top to bottom. It is herringbone stitching around. I got to do herrington backward which I did not do it very fast. I worked from 9am to 2pm and only had lunch after I got home. My fingers really hurt, but was still able to do some needlelace last night in front of the TV. This circular piece is 4 cm diameter big and it is intended to put onto one of my costumes I am making.
